Where can I find my sponsorship code?

Sponsored guests receive sponsorship details directly from their sponsor. Ask your sponsor which account-creation method you should use before starting.

Why do you ask for birthdate and SSN or ITIN?

Those values help Goal Get It! match the sponsored invitation to the correct person record. Birthdate is required. SSN or ITIN is optional and can be omitted.

What if I already had a Goal ID before?

Do not create another one. A Goal ID remains permanently associated with a person. Use recovery or contact the Helpdesk if you need access to an existing account.
